These syringe filters are available with different hydrophilic media like Nylon, Cellulose acetate (CA), PVDF, PES and PTFE (hydrophobic) in pore rating of 0.2 µm and 0.45µm with size of 4mm, 13mm, 25mm and 33mm.

Manufacturing Facilities

Syringe Filter Manufacturing : Clean Room facility for complete inhouse manufacturing of Syringe Filters. Complete assembly line including testing and packaging is done in Clean Room. Each and every piece is tested for 100% Quality Assurance

Tool Room Facility : A complete tool room for producing moulds for different requirements of the company. The tool room is studded with best machinery and highly experienced trained personnel.

Testing Units

Lot release criteria undergo various tests includes:

• Integrity of Syringe Filters :
  a) Membrane pore integrity determination by bubble point method and Microbial Retention method – PDA 26 accordingly
  b) PP (polypropylene) housing integrity
• Extractable (NVR) test as per USP USP XXIV specified (limit-15mg/60cm²)
• Chemical Compatibility Test
• HPLC Analysis by using commonly used HPLC solvents like Methanol, Acetonitrile and water
• Initial Water flow rate for Nylon,CA,PVDF and PES syringe filters and 70% IPA flow rate for PTFE syringe filters at 10 psi
• Hold up volume test
• Sterility test
• Oxidisable and pH shift test
• Bacterial Endotoxin test
•  Non-fibre release particle test
•  Air flow rate (Only for Air Vent Filters)
